✩ Where do you ship from?

I'm a one-person art shop from Denmark!

✩ When do you ship out orders?

I try to ship out orders as fast as possible, so within a week from you’ve ordered.

✩ How long does shipping take?

As i use the carrier Postnord, most orders will arrive at you within 10 days after shipment. Sometimes the package arrives much earlier, but that wildly depends on your location.
ALSO!! Please keep in mind that we are still in a pandemic and therefore shipping might be a bit delayed, please allow a few more days over the 10 day limit.

✩ Do i get a receipt on the order?

Yes! For now it's only digital (through your e-mail), however I am working on making physical receipts with your order out of sustainable paper.

✩ I wish to cancel my order, what do i do?

I have a contact tab, where you can inform me about it! However, please double check your order before buying, as it can be a lengthy process to give your money back :(

✩ My order got lost / broken / stolen during shipping!

If you wish to get insurance on your package, then please pick the tracked shipping option! If you've picked the standard option, then I'm afraid I can't do anything to help :(

✩ Something is missing from my order!
